Summary of Responsibilities:
1. Develop a highly skilled and respected team. Supervise the team to include selection, training and development, coaching, counseling and performance management.
2. Supervise and lead the team in credit card & gift card settlement process as well as check verification services for the field. Provide training, guidance and technical assistance to the team to ensure timely completion of work.
3. Initiate immediate interaction, coordination and collaboration with Associates, team members, clients and customers.
