Position available: Full time, Office hours from Monday - Saturday.
Duties: Provide a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions such as bank deposits, reconciliations, including payroll for staff and clients. Answers phone and in-person inquires with regards to client payroll. Prepares and balances appropriate Qtr, Annual payroll taxes. Maintains bookkeeping files. Performs clerical and other related duties as required.
Requirement: Minimim 2 year diploma and/or related field with experience in accounting/payroll. Experience in management of multiple contracts. Proficient in using a variety of computer programs.
