Drafter Full Time Job Opportunity $30-35/hr. Drafting for Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
*Using initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgement when providing advice to the Government on quality assurance matters requiring knowledge of construction methods.
*Generating modeling clash detection reports and building energy performance analysis reports.
*Running BIM clash detection reports and provide them in compatible software for the ROICC and other team members to review.
*Providing building energy performance analysis reports.
*Providing GIS mapping upon request and provide updated reports and mapping as necessary.
*Converting files to software formats that are compatible and readable by the Government computer system
*Submitting written reports and recommendations to the ROICC in support of debriefings.
*Preparing all submittals/ deliverables using a PC computer using software compatible with existing NAVFAC software.
