We are moving to a new hospital in early 2019! As a result of the expansion we are looking for new staff members. Ideally we are looking for a licensed or soon-to-be licensed veterinary technician to join our team. We will also consider individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician. You must be a dependable and self-motivated self-starter with an attention to detail, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Duties include surgical support, tech appointments, humane animal restraint, taking x-rays, client education, exam room assistance, lab sample prep, animal care and cleaning. We have in-house lab equipment, digital x-ray, dentistry equipment and digital dental x-ray. Benefits include paid holidays, health insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation.
25-40 hours/week. Some evening and Saturday hours required.
