Responsibilities:
Repair and upkeep plumbing, electrical, and masonry
Responding to clients’ maintenance requests
Maintain the cleanliness of all spaces such as but not limited to interior spaces, landscape, and all work areas assigned.
Fulfil "Field Installer" role on demand
REQUIREMENTS:
2-years solid experience with plumbing, electrical, home repair and maintenance
Driver's License
Personal Vehicle
Lift/move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work addt'l hours per your Supervisor. Overtime (1.5X pay) will accrue if over 40 per week.
Police Clearance
HOURS:
Mon-Fri 8-5 (addt'l hrs per supv.)
Sat 8-1
