As Marketing Executive, youll be assigned to Guam field marketing team and be the first contact with our guests/customers to invite them to our Timeshare sales tours to make an initial introduction for them to a vacation-lifestyle!
As Marketing Executive youll be the first contact with our guests/customers at Marketing desk in Hilton Hotels or other third party facilities and in charge of following responsibilities while maintaining an upbeat attitude of hospitality based upon Hilton Value:
- Attract guests/customers to our Marketing promotion and book them for sales tours of our Hilton Timeshare at Sales Galleries in Japan/Korean/Hawaii.
- Generate customer leads
- Sell them package tour of hotel stay and Timeshare sales tour
- Hit the performance target monthly/quarterly/annually
- Operate implementation of marketing programs and promotions
- Get customer/guest feedback to manager

Qualifications
- Self-motivated and team player
- Excellent communication skill with all level of staff/vendors
- Professional written/verbal skill in Japanese
- Basic computer skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with ability to learn
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- High School/GED
