Growing Real Estate Firm Seeks Admin./Marketing Assistant.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an administrative field. Real estate experience not necessary but is helpful. Ability to use office equipment, and computer literate is a must! The best person for this position is POSITIVE, hard-working, ambitious, flexible, and marketing savvy. Answering phone

Creating transaction files
Maintaining files and file systems
Reviewing agent transaction files.
Listing properties on MLS
Errands
Maintaining Google Calendar
Assisting with paying bills
Data Entry
Drafting Letters
Maintaining and Ordering office supplies
Putting up signs
Coordinating updates of website
