Office Administrative Assistant:
--Looking for a Part Time/Full time Administrative Assistant to support the Guam Island Manager.
The NAKOA Companies, Inc. Is a Hawaii based, small disadvantaged, Native Hawaiian owned, Construction Company.
The Position involves the following:
⢠General Accounting Clerical Work
⢠Administrative Contracting Support
⢠Communicating & coordinating with Hawaii based Contracts Manager and Accounting Manager.
⢠Filing Job files, Administrative Files and Accounting Files (Electronic and Hard Files)
⢠Delivering Tax Payments to Revenue and Tax Department
⢠Picking and delivering miscellaneous items to vendors, subcontractor and suppliers
⢠Support the Manager is soliciting prices for various materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
Skills Required:
⢠Computer Applications:
Excel
Word
⢠Drivers License and clean abstract
⢠Fundamental Understanding of Accounting and Office Management
⢠English Language Speaking is critical
