Office Administrative Assistant:
--Looking for a Part Time/Full time Administrative Assistant to support the Guam Island Manager.
The NAKOA Companies, Inc. Is a Hawaii based, small disadvantaged, Native Hawaiian owned, Construction Company.
The Position involves the following:
â¢ General Accounting Clerical Work
â¢ Administrative Contracting Support
â¢ Communicating & coordinating with Hawaii based Contracts Manager and Accounting Manager.
â¢ Filing Job files, Administrative Files and Accounting Files (Electronic and Hard Files)
â¢ Delivering Tax Payments to Revenue and Tax Department
â¢ Picking and delivering miscellaneous items to vendors, subcontractor and suppliers
â¢ Support the Manager is soliciting prices for various materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
â¢ Computer Applications:
â¢ Drivers License and clean abstract
â¢ Fundamental Understanding of Accounting and Office Management
â¢ English Language Speaking is critical
