Office Administrative Assistant:

--Looking for a Part Time/Full time Administrative Assistant to support the Guam Island Manager.

The NAKOA Companies, Inc. Is a Hawaii based, small disadvantaged, Native Hawaiian owned, Construction Company.

The Position involves the following:

• General Accounting Clerical Work

• Administrative Contracting Support

• Communicating & coordinating with Hawaii based Contracts Manager and Accounting Manager.

• Filing Job files, Administrative Files and Accounting Files (Electronic and Hard Files)

• Delivering Tax Payments to Revenue and Tax Department

• Picking and delivering miscellaneous items to vendors, subcontractor and suppliers

• Support the Manager is soliciting prices for various materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.

Skills Required:

• Computer Applications:

• Drivers License and clean abstract

• Fundamental Understanding of Accounting and Office Management

• English Language Speaking is critical
