We are looking for a temporary full time security guard for Pacific Gardens Condominium in Dededo, behind Winchells. Your job will be to maintain the safety and security of all residents, visitors, and property.
Must submit current court and police clearance after interview but before employment. Drug test may be required.
Applicants must meet the following criteria below:
Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience as security guard or similar work
Must work well with others and have good communication skills - speaking, reading, and writing English
Must be willing to work six days a week, holidays, weekends on schedule determined by resident manager
Must be able to physically able to do the job - stand and walk around for periodic long shifts (up to 12 hours)
Partial list of responsibilities:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, walking up and down stairs of multiple buildings
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities
Politely inform residents of house rule violations
Complete reports by recording observations, information, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses
Observing and reporting behaviors of others if said behavior is in violation of house rules or otherwise questionable.

Perform other duties as assigned by resident manager
