Anitian is adding experienced top-producing account executives to the Anitian sales team.

Anitian offers a highly disruptive DevSecOps automation platform; a technology that is experiencing accelerated adoption in various industries. Accordingly, we wish to build on our accelerated growth and by expanding into the financial vertical.

Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial drive, expert sales skills and proven success working in a dynamic early-stage company environment.

A background in SaaS and/or cloud security sales is a must for consideration. Also, must have experience selling into the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong grasp of the Anitian CA Platform.
  • Develop and maintain an ability to succinctly communicate the value proposition to prospective customers and partners.
  • Network and build sustainable, high-value relationships with C-level, executive-level and senior-level customer decision-makers.
  • Be of a “hunter” sales disposition. Although, a modicum of existing account management may be required.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close inclusive of a rigorous prospecting discipline.
  • Routinely administer and manage your activity in the Salesforce CRM
  • Develop customer relationships by way of a consultative sales approach; an approach that provides for the highest level of service
  • Must be able to participate in regional marketing event
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills so as to enable intra-company relationships and teamwork

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years IT sales experienceincluding each of the following:
    • (a) cybersecurity or compliance;
    • (b) SaaS and/or cloud services;and
    • (c) AWS and/or Azure solutions sales
  • Located in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area or have the ability readily travel
  • Should have a history of living and working in the New York / New Jersey area with strong connections.
  • Demonstrated success selling into major financial(s)
  • Relationships with AWS and/or Azure Territory Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Demonstrated success representing a net-new technology to the market
  • Proven track record of success selling to C-level executives (ie CIO, CTO, CISO)
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and personal commitment to results
  • A mastery of the business development inclusive of building and maintaining a sales pipeline by net-new business prospecting, opportunity qualification
  • A mastery of essential sales cycle skills including opportunity management, opportunity development and negotiating skills
  • Proven record of having closed 6- and 7-figure deals
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be resourceful and self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of industry-standard sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, On-target Selling or Sandler Selling methodologies
