We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Barefoot Buddha. This is a full time opportunity.
Baristas perform several job duties and provide customer service. Will take orders and make coffee, tea, smoothies, and other drinks (such as tonics, shrubs, kombucha, and juices) to customer specifications. Will often clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during a normal shift. May also operate cash registers and credit card machines. Baristas may field customer complaints or questions, as well. Baristas work to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages as well as complete assigned tasks from management every day. Must have and maintain a valid USVI Health Card. Must work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Experience a plus but not required (will train).
