Pamela's Caribbean Cuisine is an award-winning San Juan restaurant popular for special occasions. Adjacent to Numero Uno Pamela's is known not only for its exquisite Caribbean-fusion menu, but also for its one-of-a-kind beachside location.
We are looking for Great Smiles and Great Guest Service with High volume Experience to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Experienced bartenders will be able to create classic drinks exceeding Guests need and expectations.
Responsibilities
⢠Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
⢠Interact with Guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
⢠Assess Guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
⢠Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
⢠Plan and present bar menu
⢠Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
⢠Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
⢠Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
⢠Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
⢠Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
⢠Computer literacy
⢠Spanish speaking
⢠Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
⢠Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
⢠Relevant training certificate
