Looking for a Full Time Cook to run Breakfast Service in a new restaurant located in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Projected Opening date is August 1st. If you are going to relocate for position, must be on island by the end of the month.
The right person will be an experienced, capable, competent, and hardworking Chef. Someone who is calm and collected under pressure. Must speak English.
Restaurant offers Dine-In and To-Go Service; looking for someone who is versatile and has an eye for quality and attention to detail as well as excellent time management skills. Familiarity with sanitation regulations is mandatory. Must work well with others. Additional job duties include set up, daily Prep and break down, delegating tasks to kitchen staff, as well as creating an end of day shopping list.
Prep cook also needed to assist in kitchen.
