Deckhand experience a plus. $3000 a month plus tips (usually around $4,000 to split evenly per charter - 16 on the books). 57 foot lagoon with full galley, 4 burner range, oven, heat lamp, dishwasher, and microwave. Shared living situation with clean, male captain.
