We are growing our team, and looking to fill our Warehouse + Event Supervisor role.
The Warehouse + Event Supervisor act as the face of the company onsite at venues while setting up for the event. As a leader, you are a positive, optimistic, and energetic team player. You will be guiding the team through the event installation and breakdown, anticipating all possible scenarios through plan of action creating and implementing contingency plans. Our warehouse is located in West Palm Beach, and we service events throughout South Florida.
Role Responsibilities:
+ Create beautiful installations to events across South Florida
+ Assemble and package hardware, and equipment safely, and damage free
+ Able to drive company Cargo Van, and 12ft Van with trailer hitch
+ Maintain and manage inventory, par levels, and reconciliation
+ Manage Order fulfillment
+ Maintain warehouse organization
+ Provide ideas to increase productivity, and improve process efficiency.
Position Requirements:
+ Good Driving Record with no points
+ Able to lift up to 75lbs unassisted
+ Able to work the occasional long hours, split shifts, and weekends
+ Provide Exceptional Customer service
+ Attention to detail
+ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
+ Presentation: tattoos and piercings able to be covered
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
+ Experience in events industry preferred
+ Salary based on experience
This is a part-time/full-time seasonal position offering 20 hours during off-season (June â September), and switching to full time offering 40 hours during high season (October â May).
