Fast growing U.S. based Real estate investment company looking to hire a Trustworthy, hard-working, overall Rockstar Real estate VA.
Responsibilities and Duties include the following:
Transaction Coordinator-oversight of all aspects or real estate transaction from contract to close
Managing any admin task involved in closing a transaction
Writing contracts
Ordering Title Searches
Coordinate and schedule closing
Coordinate and schedule property inspections
Communicating with buyers
Scheduling showings for buyers
Managing Seller and Buyer in Podio
Making follow up phone calls to sellers and buyers, title companies, etc
Inbound and Outbound Phone calls
Posting marketing of properties on facebook, craigslist and other social media sites
Managing Podio
Researching Properties
REQUIREMENTS:
FIRST AND FOREMOST, YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY
SECONDLY YOU MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED, HIGH ENERGY, FORWARD THINKING AND AGGRESSIVE
EXCELLENT Organizational Skills are a must
Must Speak Great English with very little to no accent
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
A minimum of 1+ year or working in the real estate, preferably with investors or wholesale firm
Strong closing abilities
Excellent Time Management Skills
High Achiever

Extremely confident on the phone

Additional Requirements:
Must have good reliable internet and headphone, preferably a noisy environment headset or a dedicated office space or quiet place to work.

Hours:
Hours for this position are from 9:00 am – 6:00pm EST Monday-Friday for Full time position
And
Part time 5pm -11pm EST Monday -Friday
Weekend
9am -6pm Saturdays and Sundays
