ales manager needed for one of the best credit repair companies in the United States.
Looking for someone who has experience managing agents and training sales agents.
You will be making 5% of the their sales and we want to scale the sales to 10k a day.
Do the math. If you want a position where you’re getting paid a comfortable salary and are not worried about driving performance this IS NOT THE POSITION FOR YOU.
But if you’re confident that you can produce results then you will be making a boat load of money.
Responsibilities will include:
Training sales agents
Monitoring their performance
Hiring sales agents
Tracking KPI’s
Monitoring agent calls for quality
