Reporting to the Sales Manager, the right candidate for our Capital Adviser role possesses a huge drive to not only succeed themselves but also play a quintessential role in helping small business owners succeed as well. You will be among the next round of new hires who will get to shape the future of our company, as we are seeing tremendous growth. At our firm, we're all about fueling the future of small business - we do this by providing consultancy into various capital options, helping the business owner strategize their goals, and then providing them the funding solution that's right for their business and specific needs. The right candidate must have a positive, uplifting, "no excuses" personality, must have the capability to build relationships quickly and embrace the phone, making upwards of 150 calls per day into the small business community. You will receive warm referrals most days, in the form of business owners seeking capital who wish to speak with you about our solutions. Upon performance, opportunities of moving into higher pay tiers are present as we expand!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and oral communication.

Basic computational skills including; typing proficiency, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, ability to manage multiple browser tabs at a given time, navigating Windows 10.

Prior utilization and understanding of CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.

Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline at various stages of sales process and development.

Ability to meet required performance metrics and manage time effectively with little to no supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or related area of study

Background in debt or equity financing; whether traditional or alternative

Prior experience using Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
