Job Description-
Professional dance instructors are responsible for teaching, growing and retaining dance students of Fred Astaire Dance Studios. They are responsible and accountable for openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined by management. Fred Astaire Professionals proactively engage and service customers for dance lesson, dance competitions, and dance showcases. Dance Professionals conduct need-based assessments based on the standard methods of teaching. Work closely with management to increase referral opportunities and provide need-based solutions to the customer, they focus on potential customer and current customers to retain and grow our next generation of dance students.

Essential Requirements-
1-3 years of dance experience
Strong drive for results and customer focus
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Sense of urgency, passion, and integrity
Interest in the Ballroom, Latin and Social Dance Industry
