Seas the Day Charters USVI is looking for experienced, reliable day charter captains that live in the USVI. Applicants must currently hold USCG Masters License with sailing endorsement and TWIC. Seven yachts are in the fleet with five more arriving this year; a Voyage 500, a 47' Leopard, a Wellcraft 31 center console, a Twin Vee 360, a Gemini Legacy 35, a Lagoon 45' and a 45' Naval Cat. Captains will receive a monthly base plus trip pay plus gratuities. Seas the Day Charters USVI is universally considered the best paying day charter company in the USVI. Our Captains average well over $150,000 a year in compensation. Captains enjoy late model boats, great pay, flexible schedules, paid vacation and a fun atmosphere.
