Digital Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join us at our new Puerto Rico office. The ideal candidate has recent Project Management experience in an organization that offers marketing solutions or services. As a PM, you'll be tasked with leading teams in their mission to deliver outstanding digital solutions to our client partners. You'll oversee the concept, architecture, design, engineering and quality assurance phases of our digital projects. Most importantly, you'll act as the primary point-of-contact for our clients and client teams on a day-to-day basis.
To qualify for the role, you'll need strong client facing skills and a solid background in the digital world. You'll work within a deadline-driven, fast-paced and client-centric environment to find the best possible solutions for our clients that balance user, business and technology requirements while fitting within the constraints of schedules and budgets.
Our Digital Project Manager will:
- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple inter-disciplinary marketing, data & systems projects.
- Meet virtually with client stakeholders to identify business and user requirements/objectives; develop associated project plans and project schedules.
- Define project solutions, scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with development, IT and account teams.
- Manage team tasks, project schedules, timelines and project budgets across all projects.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, support and guidance to clients and team members.
- Proactively manage client expectations, project risks and issues and drive them to resolution.
- Resolve political, resource, budgeting, schedule and change issues affecting the project.
- Communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
- Control project scope and manage project risks.
- Create/update processes and new technologies to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum 5 years of digital project management experience
- Experience managing digital projects from initiation to close
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle of web/digital/application development projects
- Leadership skills and experience in guiding small teams
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- PMP certification a plus
- Knowledge of project management systems (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, etc.) is a plus
