Job Description

Are you an ICT Service Desk Analyst that holds a current NV1 securityclearance? If this is you and you would like to be based and work in Canberra we would love to hear from you.

Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager,this role's primary focus is to maintain the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. We have opportunities for Systems Administrators with a range of experience, some of which include:

• Provide level 1 and 2support to users and customer management personnel on systems technical issues
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and prepare appropriate reports
• Detect, isolate and resolve automated information system problems.

Qualifications

Ideally you have experience in:

• ProvidingLevel 1 hardware, software, telephony and peripheral products support to end users
• Facilitatingthe efficient and productive use of equipment and systems
• Usingthe computerised call tracking system to monitor and act on service calls referred to provide documented solutions to hardware and software supportcalls.
• Contribute to the development of procedural and instructional documentation forreference by end users to improve their understanding of the operational protocols inuse.
