Mid-level, full-time position available in our Corporate Accounting Department to handle Accounts Payable. Seeking a high energy, detailed oriented individual who enjoys working in an extremely busy, fast-paced, and challenging environment. 1+ years accounting experience in accounts payable in a computerized setting with knowledge of Excel and Word a MUST.
Your duties will include:
Check daily receiving reports from purchasing and match to vendor invoices, check for accuracy (G/L code, amount etc.) and enter in AP system
Process salesmans expense reports, miscellaneous invoices approved from various departments, Pay vendors (cut check, call to place charge on credit card)
Month end and year end journal entries as assigned
