In search of Kitchen Manager/Head Chef for a well established restaurant on the breezy Northside of STT. We are seeking a creative, motivated chef!
Can you see yourself leading a team at a family run casual restaurant that offers culinary freedom? Ideal candidate would have a professional, positive attitude and a minimum of 5 years experience and/or 3 years experience in a BOH leadership role. Plating/presentation skills, butchering skills, & culinary degree a plus.
We are currently operating for take-out only, which will allow you to ease into your position.
As the Kitchen Manager your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Menu Development/ Recipie Standardization/ Daily Specials
Scheduling/ Managing Staff
Inventory/ Costing/ Ordering
Safety & Health Stardards/ Protocols
(Including new Covid regulations)
Current staff includes 3-4 full time line cooks, 1-2 full time prep cooks, 1-2 part time line cooks.
