Outriggers is a Caribbean focused restaurant with outdoor dining on the water in Red Hook. Outriggers is the only true waterfront dining experience in Red Hook. Nestled in the mangroves, and right next to the harbor, Outriggers offers a unique Caribbean dining experience.
We are in search of line cooks who have a passion for food. Candidates must be experienced on the line and be team players. Must be able to effectively communicate and work under pressure. We are looking for candidates who can contribute back, both in terms of ideas for menu items, as well as process improvements.
Responsibilities include cooking, prepping, and cleaning as well as other back of house duties. Should be motivated and eager to learn. There are growth opportunities for the right person. Getting along with others and following direction is of utmost importance.
