St. Thomas Restaurant Group is accepting resumes for the position of Sous Chef.

The Sous Chef has direct oversight of all food produced and served to our guests. Focusing on the implementation and execution of established recipes, the Sous Chef is directly responsible for the quality and consistency of every food item served within his/her venue.

The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and takes the words "punctuality", "teamwork" and "leading by example" seriously. Must be able to work all stations and be computer literate.

This is a full-time salaried position, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card, and requiring 50 hours/week. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
