Seeking a VETERINARY OFFICE RECEPTIONIST for a locally owned, and operated full service animal clinic located in the US Virgin Islands. This well established animal clinic sees a high volume of patients each day. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented. Must love animals! and follow directions.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and pets
Scheduling appointments
Answering and directing telephone calls in a courteous manner
Providing follow up for patients
Entering and updating patient date in internal computer systems
Processing payments
Filing and doing call backs
Making sure front office is spotless
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Great people skills and phone etiquette
Customer service mentality
Ability to multi-task and provide team support
Positive, can-do attitude
Detail-oriented, organized and thorough
Computer literate - Windows 10
Speak/Write Fluent English
