Crew Leads - Roofing needed asap (St Thomas)
compensation: Depending On Experience

looking for crew leads with experience on roofs, carpenters, able to complete residential roofing.
Work Requirements:
Able to read plans, operate a crew and complete roof tear down and re-build.
Perform a wide range of residential roofing repairs.
Qualifications:
Able to lead a roofing crew. Able to read plans. Able to take direction from Project Manager to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company- primarily rebuilds, tear-off, smaller installation and other jobs as assigned.
Required tools:
fall safety gears (safety harness), personal protection equipment (hard hat, eye protection and gloves).
Required experience:
Crew lead experience, roofing experience, Carpentry, working on residential or commercial roofing. Looking for crew leads to set crew up for success, work safe, adhere to all safety parameters set forth by program. Looking for motivated Leads to complete all projects in a timely manner. Be a quick learner, hard working and on-time for work.
