We are looking for a contract handyman to help with the maintenance of the 100+ apartments we manage in St Thomas.
Skills to include: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, grounds upkeep.
Must have own truck and tools. Knowledge of St Thomas is a plus.
Hourly based. 30 + hours per week.
