We are encouraging telemarketing by contacting, qualifying, and canvassing prospective customers using telecommunications devices such as telephone, fax, and internet. It does not include direct mail marketing, or one on one with potential client. We greatly accept someone with outgoing and energetic attitude. It's a fact: we've all had bad customer service over the phone, good listening skills is a must. Someone that can practice active listening, don't interrupt customers, but engage them. Multi-tasking ability, excellent problem-solving capabilities, combined with computer experience. No certification is really required and the age for the job is from 18 and above.
