Job Description:
-Manage all aspects of photo operations and drive sales performance
-Ensure service standards and budgeted goals are achieved.
-Actively participate in the processing and selling of all photo related products
-Coordinate daily staffing for photo shoots, photo production and viewing stations.
-Responsible for hiring, training and ongoing development of photo team members
-Assist the General Manager in all retail venues as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
-Minimum 3 years of retail, sales or hospitality management experience
-Proficient computer skills, experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Strong communication and leadership skills, team player with an outgoing and friendly personality
-Efficiently handle fast paced high volume situations while maintaining composure
-Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
-Dependable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
-Ability to lift moderately sized boxes and goods, weighing up to 35 pounds.
-Ability to spend extended lengths of time on the sales floor assisting guests
Must currently reside in the US Virgin Islands
