Seeking all around maintenance person with experience in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, carpentry, and general building up keep. Must have the ability to operate basic lawn maintenance tools and lift 50lbs. Must be proficient in windows based, IOS, and/or Android software. Must be able to communicate efficiently via email.
