We are looking to fill Closer/Finance Assistant and Loan Processor type positions

We are looking for professionals that can thrive Independently in a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership, and will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, following up on all working deals in a time sensitive matter, hands on with sales reps, scheduling contractors and more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.

Business is Booming! Bi-lingual is a plus!

Compensation/Benefits

Skills: One or more of the following preferred.

Office Management experience

Loan Processing/Finance experience

Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize

Excellent organization

Excellent customer service
