Job Title:OPERATOR IV (Warehouse/1st shift) Abilene, KSDepartment/Function:HourlyJob Description:The role of Warehouse Operator is responsible for processing machinery as assigned including, but not limited to mixer, pellet mill, and packer.
Operate processing equipment following established standard operating procedures.
Coordinate operations with other operators to ensure quality procedures are followed through the systems.
Comply with all safety programs and procedures.
Complete basic equipment cleaning, maintenance and lubrication as required. Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to Supervisor.
Complete daily operator reports.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area by following established housekeeping program.
Load and unload trucks for customers
Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
Ability to drive a forklift
Ability to multi-task
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Accuracy in performing duties.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 55 lbs on a regular basis
Basic computer skills
Strong safety and math aptitude
Strong attention to detail with ability to work effectively as a team member
