As the Restaurant Manager you will be a business partner responsible for working closely with the Area Leadership and General Manager to inspire the team. Experience requirements

1 year of restaurant industry experience.

Leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.

Qualifications

Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Back of House Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Budgetary Concepts, Restaurant Operating Systems.

Food Handlers Certification

Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned staff.

Ability to get work done through others.

Basic understanding of conducting performance reviews.

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to prepare and present ideas to colleagues and managers

Possession of current and valid driver license required.

Liability insurance, acceptable driving record, and a satisfactory background check required.

Able to travel, both locally and long distances (including air travel), to work sites, meeting sites, and other locations in order to engage in training, coaching, and/or support.

Responsibilities

Ensure all health, safety, recruiting, budgeting, marketing, and sales goals are obtained throughout your assigned restaurant.

Take pride in ensuring quality standards for working conditions

Report on time, adhere to a full-time schedule and remain available to work all shifts or overtime based on the operational needs of the restaurant. Your presence is vital to operations and ensures you are always prepared for success.

Utilize the sales and marketing plan as the basis for setting customer service goals to improve sales through increased customer traffic.

Provide leadership for recruitment, development, training, and retention of quality Team Members.

Demonstrate a willingness to listen to and address problems; ensure a clean, safe, and energy efficient operation during each shift; and ensure the store is always, in the customer's eye, "ready for business."
