Have you ever wanted to live in the peaceful country environment? This could be your perfect opportunity. We are looking for a groundskeeper/caretaker. Our property is located in rural Western Oklahoma. Private housing and utilities are included at no cost as part of salary.
Duties include;
Maintaining lawns, multiple lawn irrigation systems, tree care, inground swimming pool, wildlife feeders, dwelling, barn and fence located on absentee owners private grounds. Also, some general repair & maintenance, ground keeping, and handyman projects would be required on other dwellings, barns and grounds located throughout the acreage. Would also be required to maintain equipment pertaining to these duties.
Applicant should have experience in landscaping, underground sprinkler systems, tree care, general plumbing, carpentry and mechanics.
Must: be non-smoker, have valid drivers license, communicate in English,
lift 75 lbs., valid to work in U.S., dependable, work efficiently and willing to submit to background and drug test.
