We are a family owned regional property preservation company looking for property preservation contractors who service all of the Taylor County area.
This is a contract job that pays in full every 15 days. We have never missed a payment and always pay on time.
Equipment Needed:
-Smartphone
-Truck or Van
-Lawn Equipment
-Hand tools and power tools
-You must have or purchase an air compressor for initial pressure tests and winterizations.
-You must have or purchase locks with the keycode 35241 or similar HUD keycode (see mfssupply.com for cheap locks).
-You must have or purchase numeric lockboxes.
-Have the required equipment to perform requested work orders such as initial cleaning services, lawn cuts, winterizations, lock changes, boarding, bidding, securing the property, debris removal, etc.
Requirements:
-Understand property preservation guidelines.
-Ability to use or learn Pruvan phone app. We use this for every job.
-Every job requires before, during, and after photos.
-Property preservation work requires the ability to complete all services within required deadlines.
-Ability to perform initial cleaning services, lawn cuts, winterizations, lock changes, boarding, bidding, securing the property, debris removal, etc.
-Agreement with our company values.

Once application and phone interview are completed we will send you a small job to see your ability to complete checklists, photos, and deadlines. Then we can move forward with regular work.
We pay every 15 days and have great relationships with all of our contractors!
