Apartment community in Abilene is searching for an Assistant Community Director who is enthusiastic, enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, someone who is not afraid to step into a leadership role.
The role will include:
Working closely with the Community Director and Leasing team
Assisting with the development and implementation of the annual budget
Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts
Preparation of daily bank deposits
Assisting with all aspects of leasing and marketing
Qualifications:
2+ years of property management experience or related industry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
