Job Summary:. Performs project related support duties that are necessary to the operation of the department. This may involve different processes and methods requiring consideration of factors that may be different with each subject or phase of the assignment. Confidentiality may be required with the work assignments. Maintain all Software licensing and support agreements; software license maintenance/Inventory Control.
Assign Help Desk tickets to appropriate technician
Act as front line contact to the end users for problem verification/clarification.
Maintain all projects and their related statuses.
Take and distribute various meeting minutes.
Work on special projects as assigned
Word process and distribute correspondence as needed
Help desk status reports
Send notifications of system outages
Organize Inventory
Educational / Experience Requirements: . College degree with 3-5 year of solid administrative experience in a technical environment. Proven proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, Project, and Access is a requirement. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOSC Certification) is a strong plus. Special Skills Needed: Superb customer service skills. Function effectively in a fast-paced business environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone etiquette). Ability to work with minimum supervision and display strong self-initiative. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to effectively interface with top management and all other levels within and outside of Malin. Excellent organizational/planning and project management skills. Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime a must. Physical Requirements:. Climb Stairs, Lift and carry 40 pounds. Malin is a EO Employer
