job summary:

Description: Looking for Pega Certified CSSA or LSA with experience in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, testing, implementing, and documenting new and existing application. The candidate should be hands on developer with technical background.


Role / Responsibilities / Key objectives:



  • Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.
  • Provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments.
  • May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.
  • Will collaborate with developers located near shore as well as offshore on daily basis.
  • Follow Pega PRPC best practices and guideline.
  • Perform regular code and design reviews.
  • Manages code migration from development through to production.
  • Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Mentor other developers.

Required Skills:



  • 6+ years of total experience in IT - hands on delivery of large enterprise complex solutions
  • 4+ years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems PRPC tool.
  • Pega CSSA certified or Pega CLSA certified
  • Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management and various PRPC Integrations
  • Experienced in integration with Database, Web Services, MQ and Middleware technologies.
  • Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
