Due to two recent contracts with UPS and the UFCW in the West Texas area, we are expanding our local office. We are seeking motivated professionals that have a great attitude followed with a solid work ethic and great personal skills to join our team. Our full service office is seeking full-time Customer Service Support employees. The culture of our organization encourages a positive atmosphere with a constant focus on training. Full training will be provided and benefits will be available after 90 days.

Basic Duties
- Interactions with clients & customers by telephone and in person regarding client needs.
- Verifying records & customer information with clients
- Able to accept additional responsibility with a positive attitude
- Confirming meetings and customer follow ups
Position Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to problem solve, multi-task and take initiative
- Capacity to learn and implement a wide variety of new information to handle all types of customer issues
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
