A nonprofit company is in need of a Remote Senior Environmental Law Attorney. Core Responsibilities of this position include : Litigating key lawsuits Helping evaluate proposed litigation Advising federal and state policy teams on legal and equity issues Skills and Requirements Include : Ability to travel as needed for case work, court appearances and meetings JD degree or equivalent and license to practice law At least 10 years of experience Knowledge of environmental and energy law
