We are a property management company with just under 100 homes around Amarillo. We are looking for an experienced handyman to respond to our tenants maintenance requests and identify and record maintenance and repair work. We may occasionally need make-readies done on vacant houses (trash out, repairs, painting). Must have the following:
Your own transportation and tools
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Good communication
