Education:
High School Graduate / GED, required
Vocational / Tech School, an added plus
Skills: Talents that will better qualify the applicant for the job. Not required. We will train.
Knowledge of repair in the products we sell and service
Knowledge of small engine or automobile repair
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
Good communication skills (you will be dealing with customers)
Individual:
Motivated to learn - Self Starter
Good Attitude and People Skills
Appearance - Neat and Well Groomed
Requirements:
Must have your own hand tools and steel toe boots.
Texas Drivers License and good driving record.
Job Description:
Service Technician has the ability to identify a problem and repair equipment in a timely manner. Must be well organized and efficient on a given task.
40 hour workweek - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Repair equipment on-site as well as in our Shop. Diagnose problem; confer with customer, order parts, finalize paperwork/billing, complete job. Installation of new and used equipment.
Able to follow the repair process from start to finish and with multiple jobs going on at the same time. Some overnight/out of town jobs.
Physical Requirements: pick up 80 lbs., work at heights up to 20'.
Job has 90-day entry trial period.
