All-State Fence & Supply is seeking a full time fork lift driver/warehouse team member
This position is a permanent position. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm with an hour for lunch. The successful applicant will also have to work every other Saturday from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. One week you will get 45 hours and the next week 51 hours by working every other Saturday. We pay overtime for any hours worked over 40 hours per week. This position requires heavy lifting. Fork Lift Experience is necessary. You must be at least 21 years of age since our insurance company will not insure drivers' under the age of 21 and you will occasionally use company vehicles to run errands. Starting wage is $13.00 per hour and $19.50 for overtime. We give raises twice a year if the team member is progressing. If successfully applicant is dependable and hard working; we will convert them to salary in six months which will be a starting salary of 36,000.00 per year. After four years of employment; if you are hard working and dependable; your salary will be 45,500.00 per year. You will continue to move up as long as the economy is good and you are progressing. We are a fast growing company with a lot of room for advancement.
Duties Include:
Pulling orders for supply customers and crew orders
Loading and unloading trucks
Normal warehouse duties
Scraping and painting gates after the gates have been welded
Stretching chain link and barbed wire to gate frames after the gates are welded
Picking up used fence and hauling fence to the landfill
Additional Requirements:
Must be honest, humble, hardworking and dependable.
Applicant must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
