Public Steel, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time painter within our steel fabrication area. We are seeking applicants who are knowledgeable about preparing raw steel for prime painting, familiar with paint techniques used on metal, and able to stay on task to meet deadlines. Previous experience with airless painting equipment is a plus. Also, previous work history or experience with fabricated steel items would be beneficial. Applicant needs to be hard working and able to consistently lift 50 or more pounds. Typical work week is Monday thru Friday with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Seasonal overtime is typical but usually contained within M-F. Some Saturdays are available but are often offered as optional and not mandatory.
Competitive wages are negotiable based on experience and industry knowledge.
