JOB PURPOSE

Solve customer's fuel system problems in a timely, efficient and correct manner.

Ensuring timely and thorough response to customer needs, over-communicating throughout the process.

Ensuring all established safety guidelines are followed, without fail.

Ensuring ongoing maintenance, security, and safety of Willborn equipment, shops, tools, and parts

Using accurate & timely record keeping, as well as key performance indicators (KPI's) to create a learning organization that minimizes costly mistakes.

Maintain Willborn product and service offerings by:

Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors

Staying abreast of new products, laws, regulations, and certifications needed to be successful.

Meet established revenue, expense, and profit targets by:

Keeping score. Scoring high on all established operational key performance indicators (KPI's)

Meeting or exceeding established sales goals.

Contribute to the overall goals and success of the company by:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience/education/training in fueling systems, electricity, plumbing, mechanics, computers, networking, or instrumentation are a plus.

Must be 18 years of age

Must have a clean driving record

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & background checks

Must have a high school diploma

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or equipment and operating machines where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach

The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions with no effective protection from the weather and may be subject to both extreme heat and extreme cold.
