Kimrad Transport is seeking a Driver Recruiter in Amarillo, Texas.
Job Description:
Manages advertising placement on Social Media, (Facebook, Indeed, Craigslist, etc.)
Manages on-line Applications
Assigns on-line training to new hires
Updates management with new hire updates
Handles phone and face-to-face interviews with all prospective new employees
Maintains communication on driver staffing needs, based on geography, business, etc.
Processes and requests Applications, MVRs, Background Checks and DQ files
Goes over new hire paperwork during the Onboarding Process
Enters new hire information in to all required computer systems
Assets:
Outgoing personality handles each call like a $200,000 sale
Able to make and build on friendship/relationship with every applicant and employee
Able to legally interview prospective employees as per EEOC / DOL guidelines
Computer proficient Internet, Email, Microsoft Office, Spread Sheets, EEOC forms, etc.
Equally able to work alone and with a group
Understanding of the company business and travel lanes and routes
Compassion for each employee able to communicate any problems to the correct department
Office based Monday through Friday 8-5 job.

Base pay will depend on previous recruiting experience
