Position Overview: Located in Arlington, TX, we are a growing construction and engineering solutions company and we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will work on a cross-functional agile team representing Corporate Planning and own the underlying application, governance, and control supporting the planning processes at the company.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide Segment level monthly reporting of actual P&L results compared to forecast and budget
Assist with the development of valuation models on potential targets for M&A
Assist with M&A process from confirmatory due diligence to integration support
Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting process
Assist with financial analysis on capital projects and organic growth initiatives

Job Details
Requirements: Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of financial analysis experience
Advanced skills in Excel
M&A experience
Preferred Skills:
Hyperion experience preferred
OneStream experience preferred
