RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing Healthcare Technology Company is seeking a Lead Front End Software Engineer with strong React experience. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. This position is 100% remote.
Summary:
Lead Front End Software Engineer will work collaboratively within an agile software development team to help solve business problems through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. This role will work with peers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure value is being delivered to customers via an iterative development process.
Duties:
Develop and deliver engaging user experiences using multiple React frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a headless CMS
Interact with stakeholders and designers to understand existing business problems and work with the team to determine and provide the best visual and technical solution
Design and build reusable front-end components in React
Author unit and integration tests for your code
Leverage APIs and/or GraphQL to load content from Contentful CMS
Support and mentor your team
Services built with Typescript, Node, Docker, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Frontend is built on React, GatsbyJS, NextJS, Redux, Typescript, Jest, and Enzyme
APIs are built on Node, Express, Typescript, Docker, K8s, and Auth0
Backend technologies include Google FHIR stores, Google BigQuery, SQL, Contentful CMS and MongoDB
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or similar field or relevant work experience
At least 5+ years of experience in a software engineering (front-end) role
Deep experience in developing responsive front-end web applications using React, JavaScript/Typescript, and Redux
Expert experience in creating visually rich, interactive, and responsive user experiences with HTML, Sass/SCSS, Bootstrap, etc. across multiple mobile and desktop browsers
Experience with Cypress.io is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
